This year marks a special milestone for Simpex as we proudly celebrate the 10+ year anniversaries of several of our long-standing team members.

The heart of our success has always been our people. Their expertise, loyalty, and drive have helped shape Simpex into the business it is today. We are delighted to recognise five individuals who have been instrumental on this journey:

• Debbie Brown – Financial Director (13 years, Birmingham)
  Debbie has been with Simpex almost from the beginning and is our longest-serving team member. Her contribution to the company’s growth and stability has been invaluable, providing strong financial leadership and dedication.
• Stuart Verity – Operations Director (12 years, Birmingham)
  As our second-longest serving team member, Stuart heads up the operations team with a wealth of knowledge. He supports across quotations, planning, and playing a key role in ensuring efficient operations.
• Mikołaj Nosarzewski – Operations & Health & Safety Manager (11 years, Birmingham)
  Miko has been an integral part of the operations team for over a decade, while also taking on the crucial role of Health & Safety and Fire Officer. With his IOSH qualification, he ensures we operate to the highest safety standards.
• David Brown – Sales Director (11 years, Leeds)
  Based in our Leeds office, Dave continues to support the operations team while leading sales growth. His client focus and expertise have been key to building relationships and driving new business.
• Tomasz Rembecki – Operations & DGSA (10 years, Birmingham)
  Tomasz is a vital member of the Birmingham team, supporting operations as well as providing Dangerous Goods training and DGSA expertise, ensuring both compliance and continuous staff development.

These anniversaries highlight not only the individual achievements of our colleagues but also the strong culture of loyalty and progression we are proud of at Simpex. We would like to thank Debbie, Stuart, Miko, Dave, and Tomasz for their commitment, and we look forward to many more milestones together as we continue to grow.
