Inside every SME is a person that wears many hats, and at Simpex that can definitely be said of Mikołaj (Miko) Nosarzewski.

Miko is one of the longest serving team members at Simpex and he’ll be celebrating his 10-year anniversary with the company in May.

A critical part of the Operations team in Birmingham, Miko is also the Fire Officer, and the Health & Safety Manager.

Adding to his talents, a huge congratulations now goes to him on achieving his IOSH Managing Safely course, which is approved and validated by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.

Miko Nosarzewski:

“I seized the chance to become the Health & Safety Manager initially as I really enjoy the responsibility of keeping the company compliant, whilst also protecting my colleagues and our visitors. It’s been great for my own personal development, and also for the company as we get larger. The learning and training has been particularly interesting too, opening my mind to the various considerations that other people take for granted.”
